Short Rows, Folding Row,
and Wide Ribs

Black arrows point to the short rows which are 4, 8, 12, and 8 stitches
shorter than the full length rows.
At the end of a short row, Turn, NO chain,
skip the first stitch, and work back.

Double pointed blue arrow covers the wide rib rows.
Work the back side of the fabric in back loops only;
work the front of the fabric through both loops.

Red Points outline the Folding Row for the turned up cuff.
The Fold Row is created by doing 1 sc in Front Loop Only
just before the Back Loop Only Ribbing for the cuff.
